By-1 (DU) features a steel plate base, sintered ductile iron, and a surface coating of an alumina sand mixture. The inner lining is composed of carbon black, rolled polyester fiber, and an oil-containing fluoride. This product reduces costs, minimizes mechanical size, and minimizes noise. This product is widely used in various metal bearings and sliding parts, such as in printing presses, motors, and other applications.
